Sharp Aquos SH-06D and Medias Tab N-06 has been launched. Info from DoCoMo said that two device are waterproof, it’s mean this Android gadget are stronger than other device. Both of them made for people who have a lot of outdoor activities. Not only that, both device are compatible with Japan’s new “V-High”  broadcasting service — which means they’ll receive the much-hyped multimedia Nottv channel and it will start transmitting on April 1st.

The Aquos SH-06D was appear on FCC,and here’s the spec:
- a 4.5 inch HD glasses free 3D display
- 1.2 GHz dual-core processor

The Medias tablet has a similar processor with Aquos SH-06D. Here’s the other spec:
- a 7 inch WXGA HD display
- a thickness of less than 10mm (0.4 inches)
- compatibility with DoCoMo’s “Xi” LTE service.
